DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
The best way to prepare for your home maintenance is to straighten up as much as possible, especially any sentimental items. While we are very careful and will move items while cleaning, it is best to have a clear work area.
WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES ONCE THE WORK IS COMPLETE?
We pride ourselves on being as accurate as possible when providing estimates. There will not be any additional charges unless agreed upon before work is completed. If information was withheld during estimating process, additional charges may apply.
WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY SERVICE?
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. That is why we offer a 24 hour guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, just simply give us a call or email and we will be happy to return to touch up any areas at no additional cost.
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE A SERVICE?
We understand how unpredictable life can be, which is why we let you schedule your package for a time that works for you. In the event that something comes up and you need to reschedule, we ask for a 48-hour notice of reschedule or cancellation. We understand that things can come up last minute, so we offer a 1-time no charge reschedule or cancellation. In the event that a service is rescheduled/cancelled a second time, there will be a $25 charge at time of service. Jobs will not be scheduled after the second time unless a nonrefundable 50% deposit is made.
IS ROOF AND SIDING CLEANING SAFE FOR MY HOUSE AND THE ENVIRONMENT?
Curated Solutions uses professional grade detergents that meet standards set by the PWRA (Pressure Washing Resource Association) and PWNA (Pressure Washers of North America). Our staff has training on detergent application and proper precautionary steps to ensure there is no risk to you home, plants/trees, families and pets.
